How we got here
We didn't start in trades.
We started somewhere else, paid attention to what worked, and moved. The model is built on proof, not theory.

We started in pest control.
First niche. Made informational videos — how-to style, blog-in-video form. They performed well. So we kept going.

20 leads a week.
First real test was a pest control company. At peak: 20 high-quality leads per week, 5–10 of them converting to recurring subscriptions. Not one-off jobs. Subscriptions.

We kept experimenting.
Different formats, different placements, different objectives. Stumbled into something that worked significantly better than the educational stuff: short-form transformational content run as paid ads.

Picked a lane.
The pest control results were good. The transformational format was better. So we moved everything onto that — only trades whose work produces visible before-and-after every day.

Where we are now.
12 specialists, 10+ clients shipped, one model. Not a roadmap. Just a thing that works.
